More than 20 years leading human resources in manufacturing and aerospace — the kind of environments where people decisions have immediate operational consequences. I write about reinvention because I’m living one, and I build Digital Dezine alongside the HR career that shaped it.
Twenty years inside the work.
My career was built in industry: manufacturing plants and aerospace programs where safety, compliance, and production schedules leave little room for theory. I led HR functions through hiring surges and slowdowns, union dynamics, investigations, restructures, and leadership transitions.
That work is still the center of what I do. I remain an active HR professional, open to senior HR leadership roles, and the writing and entrepreneurial work is an extension of those same capabilities — communication, judgment, creativity, and business acumen.
What changed is that I stopped waiting for the tidy version of my story before talking about it. I’m navigating a career transition in real time, and I document it honestly for the women doing the same.
